This was a mingled color exercise. I liked just dabbing in the watercolor and watching them do their magic. I wonder, though, if I use the fresh tube watercolor instead of the pans it would've been more vibrant...

This one actually took me a bit longer than my usual 5-minute throw-together. I drew it in pencil first. Let me say that again... I drew it in pencil first. I NEVER draw in pencil first. It seems redundant to me, but I guess when you want it to not look thrown together, you actually need to take some time and thought... nawwww.
